They added the ones that weren't in Valkurm, Buburimu, and Qufim, I think.
Just so you don't go thinking there would be more relic 'armors' as opposed to capes and belts, the word relic for SE now refers to any piece of JSE that is gained in a dynamis, including capes and belts. Look at past updates, you'll see the same thing.

i'll take a minor hit in convenience if it helps make rmt more difficult overall it benefits me in the end, since i get all my gil splits through trade already

I don't think anybody would disagree, but I think SE will make new capes and belts drop in Tav also (for each job that had 1, they get the other now).

    LOOOOOOL...If that's Tiamat I'm a happy, happy camper.

The reason why they're adjusting the resistance to sleep on wyrms is because you're able to sleep them when they land (thus they're asleep for their 45sec cycle on the ground), and nuke the shit out of them they are in the air. It makes it looks like killing a wyrm takes no skill at all. Also, It's one of the better "clean" strats used for uncapped ouryu.

I though everyone knew this already
    I thought BCNM's count as missions? /shrug
Not really if you look at it the only wyrm you fight in a mission BC is ouryu. The rest are just instances where you trade an item (in this case, an orb.) to be allowed in.

They might have added Relic belts and capes for all jobs. (So that there is a cape and a belt for each job instead of a cape or a belt.)

Just have to wait for the parsers to go nuts.

The delivery changes are absolutely fantastic. It will add the small hassle of having to trade gil to KS30/BCNM participants as said before, but that's a pretty good trade off in my opinion. It'll obviously put a huge wrench in any RMT operation, but I wonder if IGE/Gilsellers will schedule in game meetings to manually trade gil to buyers/IGE mules. On another topic, it doesn't seem like they nerfed Absolute Virtue, though maybe a mention of "Adjusting Behavior of Sea NMs" will be included in the final details.

no more holding Tiamat with 5-6 BLMs and a NIN for 6 hours while they wait for the rest of the group to show up and kill it.

People spending 3 hours every day camping Tiamat will probably happen sometime in the near future

Several new quests have been added, including a new battle against the avatars and an event unfolding over several Chains of Promathia areas.
I thought that this was pretty interesting.

That means 20 cutscenes in every zone and then one fight.

We knew it was happening, therefore it wasn't too much of an important point to bring up.

Perhaps there will have to be closer communication between Gilseller/Gilbuyer/Igemule that can lead to incriminating evidence for GMs to base further banning on. It might also make tracking IGE mules easier since sending massive amounts of gil through the delivery box is what a lot of legit HNMLSes do with splits.

It wont make them easier to track they are already easy to track, they wont be banned unless they are found botting/mpking, IGE sells their time not the currency so unless SE updates the ToS they dont have anything on them.

The following restrictions have been placed on delivering gil:
The maximum amount of money that can be sent at one time has now been set to 1 million gil.
Gil can now only be placed in one of the 8 delivery slots.
Am I the only one who fails to see this as a fix?

OH GOD, IGE CANT SEND GIL THROUGH DBOX.

    IGE>> Meet @ <pos> please.
    >>IGE k

Wow.... now they have to walk a bit and trade a person!

What? You can see IGE in person and see the name and race? OH GOD, NOT LIKE THE DBOX DOESNT SHOW THE PERSONS NAME THAT SENT GIL TO YOU.

If anything it'll just take more time splitting gil from BCNMs and such. Actully, im gonna make a new policy. Since most likely we'll trade in person from now on to split gil. If your ass isnt on with in a week or doesnt contact me. Im keeping the gil.

It will dramatically increase the labor cost/transaction of selling gil. Before it was log in, run to delivery person by AH, load 4M gil to Tidus, Send. 3M gil to Sephiroth. Send. 5M gil to Carbon. Send. Return to Moghouse (if out of gil, might just log by Delivery Person if still flush with cash).

    Now, it's login.

/tell Tidus Meet @ <pos> in Bastok Markets, please.
Tidus >> OK, let me catch airship from Kazham.

/tell Sephiroth Meet @ <pos> in Bastok Markets, please.
The recipient of your message is not online or currently away.

/tell Carbon Meet @ <pos> in Bastok Markets, please.
Carbon >> Fighting right now! Fafnir. Be there ASAP.

This is obviously an extreme case, but even if you arrange by e-mail to meet in Jeuno at 4:30pm or whatever, even the most organized FFXI players have problems getting someone in the right place at the right time. Good luck getting it with gil buyers.

And imagine "If you don't show up at 4:30, you will forfeit your gil," I'm guessing that's the kind of customer service that would actually keep people from buying gil.

No matter how you look at it, labor costs will rise, probably substantially. Labor in many 3rd world countries may be ridiculously cheap, but at the very least, I see the cost of gil rising substantially, which is good. Even if they continue to sell it in 1M gil amounts, they have to wait for that person to clear it from their inbox before they can sell it again.

Is it a solution? No, but it's certainly an improvement. I don't think you'll ever be able to complete get rid of RMT, but at some point it may become more cost effective for IGE or whomever to dedicate their resources to other games.

    P.S. Sorry, Carbon, couldn't resist.

I fail to see the RMT as a fix also. Not only because of the "meet at <pos>" idea, but just in general to players that DON'T RMT.

Like someone on my LS forum said, "Good attempt SE and I give you brownie points and a "A" for effort but a "D" for outcomes." It can't be said any better.

It isn't just a mere inconvenience thing either. Think about BCNM trade/splits. Now they're going to suck, it's going to take longer to get gil, and people are going to bitch and whine when they don't get it all in one transaction and more drama drama will ensue imo.

Also, most of us that post on this forum are in HNMLS'. Now, in my LS (Kupo) and pretty much every other HNMLS on my server there is a bank, and paychecks. The person who is giving out the paychecks just got monumentally screwed.

If I read it right, you can't trade more than 1m, and you can't dbox more than 1m. And everyone in my LS gets a paycheck more than 1m for the most part. So now the banker has alot more work to do, and really did just get fucked over by this.

SE is trying, and I give them credit for it. I know it DOES sound like I'm whining but I just can't see how this is going to stop anything, or make anything better. People can still RMT, people will still RMT, and the other people that didn't in the first place just got such an inconveinence placed on them it's not even funny. :\

Yeah, this does become a pain in the ass. At least it would give people further encouragement to come to future LS events if that's the only time you can get paid.

I didn't see anything that said about limiting the amount you trade...

Ugh. I didn't send more than 1 mil gil too often, but it did happen just from ENM splits, and that was before 1 mil gil was worthless and rings and shit were 10 mil +. All this is going to do is make it even more inconvient to play. SE </3 you.

well, in terms of my ls' split system, the person or people who are in charge of selling items do not use delivery box. they say in ls that shit sold, and word spreads around. people go trade the person with the gil (usualy a member who plays a lot). they record who got gil, and it's done. so it doesnt affect me, and i guess that's why i'm for it. i choose to distribute gil from bcnm/ksnm the same way because it saves me the trouble of people saying they didnt get gil
