Nope, well, maybe she gets capped, but still rapes everything in sight on the 1st and 2nd floor solo (i just go on blm and after losing hate from engaging stay out of AoE range). Try it, get your npc to give you the promyvion quest and use the rendezvous point there, been doing this since my npc was lv ~45 or something similar, it's amazing how much ass they kick.

Looks like you don't have to fight Nag'molada, just the two brothers Eald'narche and Kam'lanaut. The flying midget probably AOE terror/line petrify/AOE bind like in Z17, and the older brother does AOE silence along with cool looking sword TP moves. No doubt the Emptiness granted them a whole new line of frustrating AOE moves that can drop your alliance in a few seconds.

Atlana isn't new I think, I guess they have to have some placeholder so she could "talk" during the final BC in which you beat Promathia.

Shadow Lord fits in with the entire brothers plot, maybe you view some flash back of Zied/Lion.

This is the one thing added this patch that I'm really interested in doing. My LS isn't up to the point of wanting to attempt Ouryu though. Wouldn't think other LSs would take a non-LS member for Ouryu and this new BC.

The first Bahamut BCNM only requires 100% of the COP missions completed. The second Bahamut BCNM (not required for this new earring quest) requires the Monarch's Orb from Ouryu.
