I hope it isn't just one BC, but a series of BCs that are hard as hell and culminate in you finishing both expansions and beating the game lol... those new earrings would be hot too.

Funny thing is there are really a ton of things you could try. If literally all the NPCs for Zilart and CoP were there it could be

    a) Prishe's bedroom
    b) Justinius
    c) Cutscene in Sealion's Den
    d) Mayor of Tavnazia
    e) Archdukal Palace
    f) Any of the NPCs in the Archdukal Palace
    g) Norg
    h) probably some other stuff I can't think of

Well, if Aldo sent him to Norg, it's probably something in Norg

Not saying you're wrong, just that it wouldn't be the first time the NPC mentioned a certain area but there was some intermediate step along the way that wasn't mentioned

Vygun, anything of interest in the quest log? It could be another midnight thing.

Last bit of convo in Ru'lude Gardens... maybe it's not related to this, but no one has seen it before:

    <Player Name>'s badge flashes brightly.
So people from a company in the Near East are recruiting mercenaries, are they?
I wonder if this means that their nation is soon to be enveloped by war, just as our lands were in the past...
I heard many tales of the Great War from my dear departed father. They all seemed irrelevant to me until now.
    I see you've got a Salaheem's Sentinel badge there...
They must be desperate to use those as an attention-grabbing device.
Maybe the empress of Aht Urhgan is short on devoted subjects...
Hm? I see you have one of those brass badges that Salaheem's Sentinels are handing out unauthorized. Let me take a look at it.
Interesting. Objects from the Near East seem to shine with a different light.
I've heard that the president of Salaheem's Sentinels is quite tight-fisted, but at least this badge is quite luxurious.
Near Eastern cuisine is all the rage now.
Lately I've been studying up on it to add some spice to the palace banquets.
Near Eastern cooking is considered one of the leading cuisines in Vana'diel, so I am sure the archduke will be most pleased.
Lately, the Empire of Aht Urhgan has been building up her army. That's sure to make waves internationally...
Do you think we can continue to preserve friendly relations with all three major nations as the balance of power hangs by a thread?[

I've seen that, in game actually

EDIT: To clarify, there's a quest called Lust of the Wild or w/e the hell in each of the 4 cities (different entry in quest log for each city). the one for Jeuno is flagged by the zone to batallia. Each quest you go talk to 20 NPCs at various locations around town. The one you quoted is the dialog you get when you talk to that fat Galka right before you turn left to go to the AH in Ru'Lude. You only get that dialog if the quest is flagged.

Those are from the 5 NPCs you have to talk to there in the "Lure of the Wildcat" quest.

If you havent gotten the point yet; that last bit of dialogue is for an easy quest by the name of "Lure of the Wildcat (Jeuno)" you're given a badge to show to people and in the end you get an invitation.
