Just tried Titan Prime solo. No screenshots but basically, I got raped. 4 Earth Elementals + Titan Prime, stonega 3s etc... died in about 3 seconds, didn't even get an attack off on titan

You would think SE add mobs unsleepable, Avatar with 50% to 100% resistance for magic, make it weak or doable with an alliance of DD, and mage, you know... to balance their game.

But no, they had to put the Avatar and 4 Elementals so a bunch of BLM could just run in and Manaburn it to death.

Just wiped to Titan. Elementals have linked hate ala Shen, and resummon if you kill them. From what I saw they can't be slept, silenced, or pulled away from Titan. They cast Quake, Stone IV, Stonega III and other debuffs. They will also cast on Titan to heal him.

Fight was going ok until about 15% when he 2hrd and knocked out just about everyone in the frontline. After that the people left didn't have enough damage to counter his elementals and we eventually wiped. Pretty tough fight and from what I saw magic damage is nerfed pretty bad so I'm not sure if a manaburn strat will work.

18. 6 SMNs, 3 BLMs, RDM, BRD, 2 WHMs, PLD/NIN tank and the rest DDs. Damage-wise the fight isn't all that tough until he 2hrs.

It might still be possible with blm zerg, so don't get your hopes up Smn seem to be a lot more effective though, and melee damage is fairly good on the primes. Blm didn't do much except die to eles, but we were just experimenting so with a refined strat they might be more useful.

edit: and in the time I wrote that, 2 groups won with blm :D

melee does good damage. sam/war did about near 1k each WS (hagun, 100% tp each time.)

beat ifrit with like 5 blm, 2 war, 2 sam and some rdms, whms, a pld and nin tank.
