turns out you can do the quest again every conquest period. thing is its a lil different, and it says you only have 1 earth hour to figure it out. I wanna say it was a lil more difficult to figure out the pattern but still easy nonetheless.

maybe you really have to do it with all the items to unlock the ??? option.

I didn't pay attention to the time when I started it, but I noticed that I had to deactivate a different number of switches this time. My first try was with the Lead Guardsman ID with 6 switches; this time was with the Scope and only had to do 3. I guess as you go further down the list you will have to deactivate more switches and have less time to do it in.

I wonder what the ??? option gives you. (Wouldn't it be funny if it was your choice of body Abjurations...)

It's an 10 switch version of the quest and overall is rather entertaining. Stiil, eew @ the reward, imo this & Key Ring Belt should have been switched for the final reward.

If you're at the switch by the entrance, you can "say something clever" and say you're waiting for a friend. If you're near the switch by the BS guild, you can say something clever and select the other choice.

I wonder if you can only get the Costume Kit option if you did the NPC job quest. Nice cutscene at the end, I almost felt bad for Salim. I'll try the costume kit one again next week to see if the reward changes, if not I'm all up ons the free hermes quenchers.

I was hoping for a random reward like in the uninvited guests bc, oh well.
But yeah the last part about how all lose ends are fixed is kinda cool.

No, it is just part of one of the paths. Generally if someone other than the two Galkas in Adaman Hauberks is present, you need to use a special item. I only had Gentle Beast (the one in Crimson Scale Mail) show up when I was on the "Lucky Charm" path, so when he was there I used my Lucky Charm. On the Costume Kit path, I used it each time because I only saw Salim, not the Galkas.
