Some ppl can't handle what they have created. Belkin's just a kid, i guess we forgot that. He's still a good guy but being leader of a HNM/LS isn't the easiest thing to do.

And for him joining Kinzuru, It's all good if that's what makes him happy. We play this game for ourselves 1st. Every LS has its ups and downs, just have to keep goin'. So props for every HNM/LS leader out there :D

you can say lots of different/inaccurate things when you're "looking from the outside" of something.

Ok, I'll respond to your question just so I'm not "dodging" the question. Keep in mind I was not yet a member with EQ was formed.

The best way to explain it would be comparing Belkin to Endo (sorry for putting you here lol). NewHope/FriendlyFire breaks, the next best suitable person is voted leader by the rest of the LS mates, even if that person doesn't want/is not fit for the job. Does his best(Belkin and Endo did a great job as leader btw) but in the end, the leader role catches up to them and burns them out.

Well, starting a ls and running a ls are two very different things. A person may have the charisma to gather members to start a linkshell but not necessarily have the leadership qualities to maintain it. Conversely, some people may be very good leaders, but not have enough friends at the beginning to start a linkshell.

It still doesn't make this any less strange since Equilibrium is still up and running (is it?) but their ls founder joined another shell. Whereas those other people that were mentioned disbanded their shell when they joined other shells.

Belkin made lies about FF's leaders and broke a LS that honestly had very high potential just because he felt he was being kicked when we desacked him for bad Leadership, He told these lies to alot of the New members and even had the gutts to lie to the old loyal members, some left, some didnt, eventually LS broke.
Then he becomes the Main leader of another LS, EQ, i have to say.. i knew he was gona fuck up along the way or ruin his LS. but him leaving to Kinziru aswell.. lol now thats selfish to the power of 2.
A leader makes sacrafices.. but anyways im not here to flame, believe it or not i like belking now >_> lol Peace.

As a leader of a LS, you don't have to ask for responsibility. So that fails,

And as for the Coins, you blindly stole them, then when Haulk asked for them back you said something around these lines "I don't owe Haulk anything, as I was mistreated when I left the LS".

Like any Thief in FFXI, they always make some false pretext for an excuse. Admit it, you had over 10mil in coins, you didn't have the will power to give it back, nor the integrity, so you decided to sink yourself lower than a gilseller and steal. Good Job Arko

i don't know what kind of Arko drama you want. he didn't like the LS he was in and applied to one he thought he would like better. and this was like a month ago so you're pretty late with that too.

as far as i know, he wasn't recruited by any BG members (no one in BG asked him to apply).

we didn't accept him because of the chips he had, that wasn't something that was known to us and had no influence on our decision.

and we're not going to compensate anyone for it.

you misunderstood my point. i use "Layoneil" everywhere, i'm not afraid of people knowing who i am and standing behind what i say.

i was originally going to be a Galka MNK named "Layoneil" than my RL friend went and made a Galka MNK before i was able to get the game. i dislike being called "Lay" or "Layo", and in FFXI, pretty much everyone gets their name chopped down to 3 letters or 2 syllables.

so i'm glad that never happened. "Sen/Send" > "Lay/Layo".

I don't give a hoot if he joined BG, in fact it was better for the shell as a whole. I just want Arko to give back what he stole, which is why I created the thread in the first place!
