That report was made several years before FFXI came out. And, in advance, the Blizzard one was made at least two years before WoW came out(and has more than triple the complaints). BBB is also full of shit and if you look at SE's complaints one of them says "We can't give any information because this company didn't speak with us". And why would a japanese company go out of their way to speak with a biased website that no one in their right mind would care about. Who the fuck spends their time on the internet looking up what people think about companies.

I do, if I'm buying something worth a few hundred dollars or more, though I mainly read product reviews and use my own opinion of the company. In this case, I already had my opinion of Square from their past games, so your point stands.
