The mandys weren't reskinned, there were already black mandys in B. Tree. Also, the sheep don't look any different to the ones in Kon.
In that case, they brought even less of a variety of mobs into the game, and kept re-using the same ones they put in beforehand.

Blame PS2 for the lack of new models? I don't buy that. I understand having a limit to the different types of models in a zone, but they keep re-using the same models over and over again in places where they would of just as well put a new model in(Limbus anyone?).

You are asking SE to put effort and creativity into FFXI.

Indeed, because SE stole Cutscenes and CoP content from other games with such great text-based storylines.

The amount of space you use to take up one model is definite. Ever heard of a .dat file? The game accesses the same .dat files it uses for Tigers in Jugner as it does for TigerFamiliars that BSTs summon all around the world, and the same model in Limbus for Enhanced Tigers. You're statement of how SE could have added new models because of a new zone, is extremely irrelevant and misguided.

Yes, cause we all know that while you're in Jeuno, your PS2 is busy at work accessing the tiger .dat for the tigers in Jugner Forest. Your argument is irrelevant to them adding more models into the game.

I thought you'd have enough common sense to figure this out on your own, but I guess I actually do have to spell it out for you: You like download .dat files right, and they like sit on your hardrive and take up space yea, and so like the more different ones you have, the larger the space taken up is, lolz!

Cause, ya know, the PS2 doesn't have over 10 gigabytes of space leftover after all of the FFXI stuff that is currently on it.

Cause, ya know, the PS2 users don't have anything better to spend their hardrive space on (which costed like 150$)

No it's not, the hardrive was available before FFXI came out I beleive, and besides I am 100% positive you can transfer save files and such onto it; not to mention you can also use 3rd party programs to save games onto your HDD and play them w/o the original game disc.

The hard drive is used for other games in japan. The game can only get so much bigger without dropping PS2 support, unless sony reintrudces a PS2 that supports the hard drive and puts a bigger one in it.
