We hadnt put much time into any kind of AV strat, but compared to alot of the past screen shots I have seen, perhaps his physical output could have been nerfed a bit. He still tore through our mages and the only thing we really tried was a timed nuke -> shadowbind strat which only worked half assed and if done properly could have better results then ours did.

Predator Claws - 57
Thunder IV - 541 (not sure if ES'd)
Sidewinder - 276 (2x soul voice minuet)

Compare those to past results to check for any kind of defense nerf.

Regen was hard to gauge of course, because 97% was the lowest we got it, and shortly after the alliance died.

If AV is not casting Meteor or Aeroga IV, then he's nerfed somewhat.

How long are tanks lasting against him?
How much is he hitting for?
Do the Wynavs still Mijin Gakure for 2000-4000 AOE damage?
Can you outrun AV with Crimson Cuisses or NIN feet at night?
Do any types of enfeebles land on him? (Threnody, Elegy, Slow, Blind, Paralyze, Gravity, Silence, Stun)

the first screen shows him doing a critical hit for 600~

if that's a tank, then you can estimate his damage at around 350-500, if not, don't know.

Ok.. so... AV didnt cast meteor once the whole time he was up (2hrs+?), granted a good portion of that time was spent with a L1 job keeping it up while we thought about what we can do. We might have just got lucky with the 2hrs he chose, I think he only uses meteor during manafont and/or chainspell? Anyways he did a bunch of other 2hours (chainspell once but no meteor so I'm not sure on that one), mijined once and his wyverns all blew up, which were being kited at the time far away so they owned the kiters (did 4000 damage to thief kiter, not sure about the other 2)

As far as spells went, AV cast aero V and torando II enough times but I think only a couple of aeroga IVs, like 1 or 2 that I can think of but I may have missed a few; wynavs of course spammed spells according to the current day. We also noticed the wynavs regened hp when AV had no hate in a weird way, sometimes they'd regen and sometimes their hp would just sit there for a good while, like maybe a minute (no there werent any DoT on them), though they did regen eventually.

Most weapon skills did 0 to AV (except slug mentioned up there which was double soul voice minuet, eagle eye shot also did 297 I believe), jailer weapon ws did 0, also didnt seem to make it any weaker in any way.

AV seemed to hit everyone pretty equally for around 500dmg a hit (even pld, not sure if they were fully buffed+food or not, things were pretty hectic at the time), crits were higher of course. The only debuff we were able to stick was shadowbind. If this has been nerfed it's not enough (or there's some really stupid trick to it like you gotta drg 2hr jump to lower AV's defense with love halberd or something, but i'm sure if anyone tried that it wouldnt' work because it needs to be firesday or some bullshit )

that was a rdm (or possibly blm, not sure which job he was on), but AV was hitting tanks for just under 500 normally anyways, defense didnt seem to matter at all

Sounds like the same AV I've seen. I don't think anyone noticed the weird wyvern regen you mentioned though when we saw it. AV's meteor seems to only be cast during Manafont and it's cast instantly.

oh totally forgot about it, but 11 boost chi blast did 978 damage to AV, so seems like monks would be the way to go as main source of damage imo

so get 10000 MNK all fully boosted with /whm and MND gear to chi blast all at the same time. Then have 5000 BLM all standing by with manafont thundaga III &thunder IV and whatver other spells they can do before he rapes them. Then have a 20000 RNGs with soul voice double minuet do sidewinder, barrage, EES ftw?! If the dev team can do it, so can you!
