It specifically says on the page that you need framework v2 and gives you a link to where you can download it. RTFM

That's my biggest issue with them right now. Sometimes I've scrolled through threads looking for people's sigs/avatars to find a specific post but this makes it hard when fifty people now have one of ten variations of the same fundamental sig.

I liked the RBG option he mentioned. If it was possible to whip something up like that (Plus user submitted backgrounds) I think thats all youd really need. I dont see font color as a huge issue, can stay white for the most part id think.

But yeah, RBG option would rock.

Think of it this way : You wont get a big fanbase if you lock people in to use certain things. Especially for someone like me, i dont like having my stuff look like everyone elses. Also it's annoying because on forums, alot of peoples posts are recognized by their sigs (instant recognization) , however with everyone having the same sig it's kind of meh.
If it was more of a status bar kind of thing i can understand it all being the same, but you have created it from the beggining to have an image in the background.
