Well, like others have said it's kinda pointless arguing with an idiot. None of his stories have any actual validity, no one of true merit knows what he does besides spending a large amount of time killing elementals which really doesn't add up to the amount of gil he has acquired. Good luck obtaining all the items you need. But I wouldn't be supprised if just about everyone hates you on your server so it still might be in your best interest to RMT all your shit and buy some hooked on phonics books.

Not exactly a relic weapon or Blue Box eq, but getting 5-10 coins for an hours work is a few mil in the bag depending on server prices.

Just goes to show that people can be resourceful when it comes to farming up gil. Just cuz his posts read like typed it up while he was in kindergarden or something doesn't mean that he's bad at the game. I've met some really stupid people that are amazing at video games, namely competitive fighting games.

lol this topic is hilarious. Especially being on the same server as him. No one on the server thinks he RMT'd his gil for some reason. I dont know exactly why, but I think it has something to do with how long he has been wealthy.

His bazaar has always had high priced items he couldn't used, selling for marked up prices, but when people get desperate they buy them. My opinion is a lot of it was from just playing the market, buy low, sell high kinda stuff.

Also, I do think it's funny that some people accusing him of RMT have between 45 to 100 mil in their sig and 100+ cloth craft or bone or w/e.

I know bone isn't that expensive, but cloth sure as hell is. Where does one get the money to fund something like that and still have 100mil on their char? You can't say 'i've been around forever' and than go ragging for being RMT because he's also been around forever.

A 75 ranger and blm back in the day was much needed, and he was in one of the most successful and long running LSs on the server apparantly, so i dunno I just don't doubt him.

I'd also like to point out he was just asking how you would feel if you had the currency to get final stage of relic (regardless of which) and were still unable to get the necessary rare/ex items to complete it. He wasn't trying to brag, and the people bitching at him for have '100+ w/e craft' and shit like that in their sigs and that's also bragging.

Clothcraft was so fkn cheap back in the day; I levelled 53->72 basically at-cost (y helo ther 6k silk stacks), made a bunch 72->80 and spent most of that going 80->88. After I hit 88 (in December 2004) I spent the next 9 months doing profit recipes (yay for velvet cloth) and slowly levelling 88-99. Then spent 5 months doing contract dalms and errants and profit crafting, got me 99.5 and enough of a war chest to just burn 100m for the last 0.5.

You also used to be able to make big gil crafting, back when there were only 5-10 vets on the server. Now everyone and their mother is vet in some craft or other, all the markets are flooded to hell, you don't make shit compared to your investment. Hell, I can farm better than I can profit craft currently.

But that's all moot, because Axile says he doesn't craft. He apparently sells 15-20 fire clusters per day every day.

Since Axile needs a Dynamis Shell to help him get his Attestation and Fragment, he could politely ask Synergy or HKS to get them for him. I'm sure either shell wouldn't charge him more than a few hundred million for each item.
