AV is up on Odin.. apparently out of MP & stopped 2hr-in

Following the theory of "his max hp changes"...

His first major benediction at 52% was ~46k leading me to conclude he has ~90k hp total.

You guys had him benediction several other times around like 85% ish? These times, what % exactly was he at, and how much did he benedict? If this shows a major discrepancy, then something you did modified his max HP (perhaps he loses some max hp when he creates wyverns?).

If this is so, a strategy might be to reduce his max hp to a point where you can simply sub in an alliance of 18 fully boosted monks and one-shot him lol.

Furthermore if his regen is stored not in hp/sec but rather hp percentage/sec, reducing his max hp reduces his regen.

Is it possible AV was cursed from beating up all the blms in weskits when it benedictioned, thus only healing itself to whats really 89% of its hp (meaning it would have 100k as everyone would expect)... or is AV immune to being cursed from igqira gear?

Idea: Is it possible that AV only has 2hrs (other than call wyvern, which isn't even a 2hr now) that are used by the alliance that is fighting him? I've read this entire 50something page thread, and every other AV thread, and I don't think I've seen this mentioned.

That might explain why a mob with instacast-everything uses chainspell, for example. Also might explain why he quit using 2hrs after a certain point: everybody used theirs against him.

That also might explain why he's allowed to use bene seemingly as many times as he wants, because I'm sure some whm in the alliance fighting him used it at least that many times. I wasn't there, but my guess is that the typically strategy for a mnk or war, for instance, would be to run up, 2hr, and see how much dmg you do before you get your ass handed to you. This would, in turn, give him 2hrs to use.

My understanding is that he rapes you with TP and spells, and rarely hits anybody. I could be wrong though.

Or maybe he has to have them in pairs? You can use Invic OR Bene, but if you don't use both, he can't use his invinc->bene combo? Alternatively, if you use either, he'll use invinc->bene. Maybe next time try to avoid all 2hrs for a bit just to see what he does. At this point, fresh ideas to try the next time he pops doesn't hurt, and it's at least plausible, if not probable. I agree that there's a very large chance he's just broken, but given past history (brigandish, anyone?), there's a chance there's some stupid gimmick that hasn't been figured out yet.

Also, "all these" ... This is the first time I've seen it mentioned, which is why I posted it. It may have been said before, but as I said in the previous post, I read all 50something pages of this thread, as well as the other AV threads prior to this one, and have never seen that mentioned.
