Tonight Kinzuru threw themselves into theBahamut Record Books with a record breaking kill of 1 hour and 4 minutes with 26 people. Thanks to everyone for stayin up all night to put up with our banterring ^^ /wave everyone!

Wow, what type of damage did you use? Sounds like a lot of melee and chiblasting party switching, in addition to a consistant 3 BPS times X amount of SMNs. We're normally forced to fight with the least possible on Siren, so add teams, melee PTs building TP, are out of the question. 37MINs is like 15mins off our best time...and if my calculations are correct...thats like 10% damage a landing.

I know our time isn't anything special, but I'm proud of us, was only our 2nd one, and our first one was boarderline embarassing.

Though our first one doesn't come close to some purple colored linkshells try.......

we dont use alot of melees...maybe 2 if they were present..

we use blms rdms and smns only...thats what most of the LS is made of anyway..

I don't believe FI has ever done a 37min tiamat. They always pull with about 12 and do very ligh dmg for about 20min until more people come.

Forgive people for taking pride in not only doing something, but doing it well. I wouldn't expect most of today's generation to understand that. Just enough, is good enough apparently for some.

Arko, do you even know anything about the history of BG? I remember when I was in BG and we first encountered Tiamat when CoP was released. I believe we actually wiped our first try, and if memory serves me correctly, we also wiped the following try.

Then after we watched SekaiX, we managed to kill him a few times. Following some experienced kills we went to him one day and wiped at 1%. It was no short fight when BG first began battling this wyrm. Maybe you should get your facts straight before you run your mouth. You're so new to BG that you don't even know what you're talking about.

Thats true, but that was also a year ago. Something to be said for being one of the first LSes on the server to attempt something vs. the 10th.

Thats a really fast kill, theres no doubt about it, so grats on that.

It wasn't Sekaix's strategy we used, it was PGs. We saw how they fought it and adapated a similar tanking setup.

The first fight wasn't 4 and a half hours for BG, but we did have around 35 people.

None of that changes the fact that it was when the HNM first came out, and now its a year old HNM thats been killed hundreds of times across all the servers, and still doesn't drop anything, so I dunno how much I'd brag about it.

Still a fast kill though.

fighting for 6 hours is better than running my mouth at the ls whos fighting because i have nothing better to do.

I take pride in it as well, i just said i think its funny because its in every single topic of their latest kills, thats all.
