Online FFXI Auction House

Just found a really cool online ffxi auction house. What it is, is an online e-bay like site that you can buy/sell items on

it is free to use, and is NOT a rmt site. it uses ffxi gil

how it would work, is that you would bid/sell an item, and put it up for X amount of days. After that time is up, you get contacted with who is the buyer. Then, you two make a meeting place in-game, and sell or buy the item

General Questions
(Q)What is the purpose for this site?
(A)This site is designed to allow FFXI players to use a simulated auction system so that they have more flexibility in selling game items. This is NOT a Real Money Trade(RMT) site. I repeat NO REAL MONEY is exchanged by users on the site. Users will list their items and meet the buyer in-game to recieve payment in GIL.
(Q)How does the auction system work?
(A)The system is very easy to use. The seller posts an item for auction with a starting Gil price. This is the lowest amount of Gil the seller would accept for the item. Afterwards, other players can place bids on how much Gil they are willing to pay for the item. At the end of the auction duration, the highest bidder and seller will recieve emails. Then it is up to the seller and bidder to arrange a time and location to meet in-game to complete the transaction. After the transaction, the bidder and seller can comeback to leave feedback on one another to let other players no if they are legit or not.
(Q)What servers are supported?
(A)All servers are supported. When the seller posts an item for auction, they choose the server and the closest city where they are selling the item. After the auction is complete, the seller and buyer can chose where to meet on the server also.

(Q)Does it cost anything to join?
(A)Yes and No. By default, all registered users can sell, buy, and list want ads. For those users who want access to the more special selling features, then it will cost $2.00 every 30 days as a Premium member. Premium member transactions are handled through Paypal.
Premium Membership
(Q) What is Premium Membership?
(A) Premium membership allows full access to all of the site's selling features. Free members are only allowed to place bids, and standard four day auctions.
(Q) What features are included in Premium Membership?
(A) The following selling features are included for Premium members:
- Buy It Now: Buyers can instantly purchase your items
- Custom Auction Start Time: You can choose when the auction starts

- Auto-Relist: If your item doesn't sell before end date, it will automatically be relisted
- Homepage & Category Page Featured Auctions: Your auctions are listed first
- Bold & Highlighted Auctions: Make your auctions more visible
- Private Auctions: Only sell to certain buyers(useful for linkshells)
- Personal Stores: Setup your own store for users to browse

Registering
(Q) How do I register?
(A) To register click on the "register" link found on both the header and footer navigation sections
Selling
(Q) How can I list an item?
(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description
(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling?
(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting
the "selling" page.
(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item?
(A) Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly.
How to Bid
(Q) How can I place a bid?
(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place you chosen bid
(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on?
(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are bidding on by visiting your members area and selecting the "bidding" page.
(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item?
(A) Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid.
