Rose Garden - shitty, horrible drop rate on the ring by all accounts.

What I find the most interesting about this screenshot is that it shows that Vilma is easily soloable.

By a well-equpped NIN subbing WHM. For everyone else it's probably pulling teeth.

Note the NINs MP after Vilma has died.

Note that NINs don't get hit often.

Lol I have both NIN and THF to 75...and the difference in soloing capability is alot. 300 Ninjutsu means I can enfeeble anything and having a mob Slow/Para/Blind brings it down 20 whole levels in terms of tanking. So I'd have to lean ALOT towards NIN. Unless of course you have sushi and Bloody/Blind bolts work on the mob. Even then, no slow on a mob can be lethal when it comes to getting Utsusemi back up.
