there's a difference between 'unkillable' and 'not meant to be killed'.

JoL is a perfect example. i'm sorry but nuking it for an hour with no repercussions was cool the first time, and only the first time. don't get me wrong, it's nice that you were able to keep it exploited and get the kill just to say screw you SE, but to come around and be like ha fuck you we're not telling you our sekr3tz assholes. meh, not impressed.

i still believe it wasn't meant to be killed. that doesn't mean SE didnt put in the proper data for it's title, text, possible drops, etc. if it can be damaged then it is NOT impossible (obviously in AV's case killed due to an exploit), just very unlikely. they can't have it just die and do nothing, or give no title, etc. the mob exists, hence all the data for the mob has to be in place--nerfed or not.

For anyone who cares, this method of killing is currently being looked at by SE japan development team to determine if it's an exploit or not.

GMs "official stance" is supposed to be "we're not sure, so we can't do anything".

This comes as small consolation to the people who were told by a gm that they'd be jailed if they didn't stop(ya, I'm in that ls in case it wasn't obvious).

So, within the next few days or week we should have a definative answer from square about their policy for this mob and this tactic.
