Hmm this doesn't add up though because we had blms and brds and rdms in the alliance that had AV claimed, but he still used manafont and chainspell.

No, they were spamming Dia mostly from BRDs and RDMs. And they were doing it because if they didn't constantly touch him he would go unclaimed, as if he lost aggro, and start heading back to home. Every time someone claimed it, it lost aggro. Thus causing it not to do anything.

You can't blame them for using the supposed exploit, since it actually works and nothing else has/does. With that said it's either supposed to be unkillable or SE is ridiculously cruel with the lack of drops. Either way AV has been a massive letdown from beginning to end.

actually i don't know too much about American history except the hard facts, mainly because I major in European history. But yea I guess you're right. Even though people can deploy effective tactics on their enemy, the enemy will just sit there and say "OK your tactics are better than ours, we throw down our guns and LET YOU KILL US OK." Ever hear of counter-formations? As I said I don't know US history that well, but even I know that British used counter-formations against the Americans, which is how they initially defeated the Americans when they attempted to recapture New York.

Anyway, people don't get stuck in walls IRL and do nothing about it. BUT ok Mr. Sun Tzu, lets journey to the realm of applying RL principles to a virtual world once again, I think that will add about 20-30 pages to this thread.
