This is why I don't craft tier 0 for other people, and if I do and I HQ, I ain't giving them shit. ^^ I've made all my gil on tier 0s from my own materials, I don't need (nor do I want) to craft for other people to get rich.

Yesterday a friend of mine in my linkshell made a Cursed Togi -1 for a guy in another LS. He asked in the ls what he should charge, first he was thinking like 5m but we told him it can sell for 100m so ask for 10m. The guy says something like "sorry that's a bit too much". My friend then replies with "ok then I'll buy materials and I will make you an NQ", the other dude then quickly replies "no no no, I'll get the money".

An hour later you see the guy selling it for 70mil.

In the case of cursed items I would have to watch them get it uncursed and hold it in my own inventory until the San d'Orian cathedral. Sure they could still warp or something or logout at the cathedral, but you'll be able to call a GM before they uncurse it and get the item back, as long as you made some kinda agreement before handing him the HQ piece.
