Made one Dragon Harness+1 yesterday, no idea what to price it at. Any ideas ?

We have two of them on midgard. The second one that was made sold for 500m - that's according to the guy who bought it after he spammed me wanting to buy the one I wear.

I think I saw a Dragon Harness+1 in a bazaar for 80M, I forget who was selling it.

I know it was Kaust who made the second one... but I never saw him bazaar it.

There's atleast 3 on Bismarck. One person was trying to sell one for like 5 months or so for like 100mil, think she eventually dropped the price to like 50m and then I don't know what happened. Wyrm Horn is 4mil on Bismarck, Dragon Harness about 4.5m so I'd say the HQ would sell for 30m-40mish here. Depends on what kinda people you have on your server I guess.

I'm pretty sure one in a bazaar got as low as 20-something mil.

Yea, it wasn't selling for over a week or two in a bazaar for 25 million, and that was before the prices on everything went to shit.

We are a Merc LS. Not HNM Shell. We regularly sell stuff to members, ranging from Bahamut Staff, Bahamut Mask, to synthesis materials like cashmere etc. The item belongs to the person, no questions asked because they pay a fair price for it. For eg Galetea from ENM's that drop on LS ENM runs say if it is sold to Clothcrafters (members pricing) at 20% discount for skill up on Blessed Briault. Hellooo. Do you think we ask him to give the 100+ Briault back to us? or AH it off?
I am asking for a sensible pricing of this piece, not your opinion on what I am going to do with it. Please do not derail topic.

You completely missed the point. I couldn't care less if you stole the synthesis materials from your best friend.

The point is that a large majority of crafters on this forum despise people who get lucky when something is synthed for them, pay a small fee and turn around and sell the item for a ridiculous profit. It's extremely greedy and simply unfair on the crafter.

Item like that could pull 200m from oldschool JP just due to rarity, and yeah if you sell it you owe the crafter at least 100m or you're a shithead.

So you go to Sea Serpent's Grotto for a few hours and haul up a few dozen unstackable Grimmies for him, then he turns around and sells all of them on the auction house. This person just profited off of the time and effort you put into leveling up fishing, while contributing almost nothing.

When you go to a crafter you assume the risk of breakage, this is the nature of crafting. If you do not want that risk, you need to buy off of the auction house. If the item is not available from the AH or you are trying to get a HQ item, you have to suck it up and take the risk.

Cost me 100m for 99.5->100 (did the rest for free on contracts); I have yet to earn that back on synths that I couldn't do at 99 already

Thank you. As opposed to the rest of the people, you actually thought outside of your own stupid mind. Like I said, I am not a crafter, that doesn't mean I haven't seen my fair share of stuff. Most crafters I know say out front that there will be a hefty HQ fee when / if it happens. Breaks are thje synthee's risk, but like I said before it actually evens out. Think back to all the breaks you have had for people. Now add them together. That is tough I know. 2nd grade was so hard. When you have a total ( the combination of the numbers ) figure the same for the profit you just got "ripped off" of. I bet it evens out in the end. If you wanna see big $$ from HQs pump out that estimated 100 mil it took you to get from 99 to 100. I'll gladly pay it, Fishing sucks now with all the RMT. I'd kill to have a craft levelled. I'm sure it's not much better though. Also to the fish bot quote that shows how stupid you are about Fishing. There is no need to fish bot even with all the RMT killing prices. Fishing has done me well, and that's all I am gonna say about that. There is no merci-fishing so to speak. At least I have never done it. Your right Shrimp Lures and the risk in SSG would be hard. But I guarantee that RMT that was right next to me will kill the profit for that guy. The analogy was good, but flawed.
