Frost is a good drummer, to bad Satyricon hasn't released a good album since Nemesis Divina. 1349 is decent BM but I've never really hard any tracks that stand out to me. I really wish Frost and Zyklon-B had stuck together, the demos were great.
I'm more into stuff like Nargaroth, Deathspell Omega, Vultyr, Mutiilation or Ohtar as far as black metal goes. The only albums from the late 80's and early 90's out of Scandanavia that impressed me were most of Darkthrone's releases and Emperor's 'Anthems To The Welkin At Dusk'.
Edit: To the guy seeing Emperor at Wacken Open Air, you are a lucky son of a bitch. Be sure to see Atheist as they reformed just for this one show like Emperor did.
