I suspected Alwayscool was rmt'ed... but Blacksky as well? The plot thickens.

But since im here already, I might ask some questions that I'd really like Judah, Flash and Hulk to answer. And i'll try to make them not related to my LS (Oilspill LS FTW) and hope for a non-SFS related answer too.

1- Concerning account RMTing
- If a guy decides to quit, what should he do with his character? Delete it?

- If a guy from a server wants to move to another server to play with his friends/family w/e. Should he start leveling a character from LV1 to 75 ? or just buy an account from someone ?

2-Concerning gil RMTing
- If you cant join a NA LS because of the time zones and cant join a JP LS because of the language requirments, and you simply would like these end game equip that all NAs and JPs are having fun with. What would you do to get such equip? Farm? Gilsellers farm everything and wouldnt leave anything for you. So what would you really do?

3-Concerning HNM competetion
- When the LS you are competing with uses bots, and everyone knows it.
How can the 2 LSs be equal? Knowing that SE doesnt do anything about botting? but willd o something about MPK.

1- Concerning account RMTing
it is my personal opinion that it should be deleted and not handed down like a piece of garbage to the first garbage's man that comes across.

Also for those of you that justify buying a character with the silly comment of, i already leveled "XX" job to 75 and now i want to play a different job but i don't want to deal with the Lv grinding again so i go ahead and purshace a character , if it was meant to be that easy then this would be a 20 hrs RPG game instead of 100s of hrs like it is.

2-Concerning gil RMTing you are playing a game that is mainly geared towards the NA / JP community as harsh as it might sound if you can't abjust to it then don't play it, don't try to justify the RMTing of gear just because you can't join a "good" LS due to your play time/zone.

these gear that your "are" RMTing are meant to distinguish acomplished hardcore players from normal/casual player.

Since I'll get alot of "who the fuck are you"'s, I'm Maxymo. Flash, I've never had a problem with you (that I can recall). But, what exact proof do you have that Ecurb "stole LS fund, used it to level smithing, etc etc"? You're going to say I'm taking his side here, so before exploding on me, all I'll be doing is stating facts.

If he stole LS fund, why is it that LS WHM's had nobles? Why is it he bought RNG's behemoth ring +1's? Why did he get a cursed haidate for Sisteena's shura? Why did he buy mahatma pants for mage types? Why did he buy HQ staves often for BLM's? Why did he pay for half of your SH+1? Why did he pay for Belkin's koenig boots? How about all the materials you got from gods for free to level your cooking? From this standpoint, it's amazing how he stole so much, yet, he gave so much. It's incredible where all that money went - to the LS maybe? This is just the surface of things he did. He never even had an osode of his own. I don't know Flash, I'm just looking for an answer, not a round-about justification that you pretend is right. You haven't proved yet that he's stolen or lied about anything - all you've shown me is that you assume and point fingers.

Now let's say for a moment, he DID use the LS fund to lvl smithing. Would it not have been done to better the LS? I seem to recall him making plenty of haubergeon and hauberk which he made for LS members for free, as opposed to them asking some random blacksmith who would charge to make it.

As a person with a brain, I obviously realize that I am not Ecurb and do not know exactly what he did with LS money. I don't dispute this. But clearly with all the purchases he made for LS members, it's not hard to see where the money was going.

In the end, the linkshell is gone and broken. Are you happy? I hope so, because you helped to ruin alot of friendships, regardless of whether or not you give a damn about those people.[/b]

It is not really considered rumor or finger pointing maxymo, it is considered more of a fact that he jacked ls funds. One piece of dragon meat is hardly what i would cal lvl'ing my cooking. The only time i have ever had a SH +1 of my own is when i crafted it myself. What i did get was a discount on an SH.

Lets look at Ecurb. According to those that defend him he worked tirlessly for the linkshell, correct? Pray tell me where he got the funds to power level his smithing and all sub crafts? He will tell you that it was in ifrit's cauldron, which is a lie. He stopped going there after the linkshell got busy. Ecurb also had darn good gear in comparison to everyone in the linkshell, and continually bought things and sold them, not only did he sell them, but he sold them for a large loss most of the time. Ecurb never farmed, or camped NM's for gil. He was always either in jeuno afk, afk during our dynamis's but would magically appear to lot AF, or afk in sky while the linkshell farmed. One has to wonder where he got all the gil to do all of this since he never really did anything. This view is not accepted as fact by just me, but by a goodly amount of people. Perhaps if he was forthcoming on how the linkshell fund was used there would not be so much suspicion. I suppose that is what happens when there are no controls in a system.

Perhaps i am ungrateful, i will take the time to fix that. Ecurb, thanks for the slice of dragon meat, i am not sure if i got a skill up from it, but that red curry was dear to me.

you know what, if i'm going to make a rule, this is how the rule will be written:

BG Members are not allowed to associate in anyway with proven botters.

Association is defined as the following:
- being in the same Party for any reason
- being in the same Ventrillo channel
- responding to a post on BG forums
- responding to a /tell, /say or /shout in game
- sending or receiving any object via the in-game delivery system
- targetting such players for any action

If you are ever found to be in violation of this rule, you will be given one warning after which a second violation will result in your removal from the linkshell.

Because this is such an extreme offense, the officers have compiled a very specific list by name of known and proven botters. If you have proof that any other person should be placed on this list, please contact one of the officers.

since you want to have a say in how BG is run so much, i'll let you make the call whether or not i should suggest this rule addition. and if a majority of the members approve, i'll implement and enforce it.
