Kinky/bizarre vibrator stuff aside, Rez was a really awesome game. I managed to snag a copy on the cheap a couple years ago when Toys 'R Us was clearing out their old inventory. There was no OST released, but there was a "remix" album that made heavy use of the themes from the game. There is a game rip floating around, however.

Really, though, what's the point of the music if you aren't playing the game at the same time? The whole thing that made the game great was how the visuals, the audio, and the vibration (of the controller) sort of fused together.

ahhh sweet, my favorite song in FFXI is the "Sorrow" on the FFXIOST set. I thought it was on CoP track but then heard it in a few RoZ CS's. Been trying to find it long time. thanks!

After a while of playing, you tend to be a little ignorant of the beauty of the music ingame. I guess whenever I go into a new area, I focus on a task at hand and I either have my own music playing, or just have the BGM muted. I love the Xarcabard theme <3

Why download soundtracks when you can use an export utility to convert the game music files to wav (you need a special utility for this, typical audio players won't do it, i dont have the link handy I'll grab it when I can). And this way you can get just the music you like (including the ones SE put on itunes... why pay for them when they're already on your hard drive?)

because these are mastered tracks and this is how they're supposed to be heared as...

other than that, some people might not have PC version and only ps2 and they cannot listen to the ones they want to ...

in the past i used to run to lufaise medows so i can hear the nice music but now i can just play it on my mac 8)

Talking about games in general? or just specifically rez? I like listening to videogame music, 90% of the songs in my Ipod are videogame music, because without words, you have to think of the message of the song yourself, what feeling is the song trying to give you?

There is a whole of 1 arabic song I liked, "Haida Lubnan" but the rest suck complete ass. They are all the same, same instruments for every song, same frigging lyrics too (2jkla 3jka akn5 j/k)

I love listening to foreign music though, not only from this time period, but 60's/70's is pretty cool, back when music was more political.

Is there any chance you could convert the songs to mp3 and host them, the ones that AREN'T on the soundtracks? There's at least a handful of them that I know of, probably more I haven't heard yet too. I play on PS2 otherwise I'd do this myself, been trying for months to find these^^;;
