I understand where you're coming from Janice - but you'd think most people would have known better with all the stories you hear of people more or less giving years of work away. My post was more tailored to the bot thing.

And in regards to Mako - you may be able to have your account recovered... They may even be able to track where the items/cash went although I highly doubt that'll be the case. You hear of it rather sporadically and in most cases they just tend to say - fuck you. Sounds like IGE had a lucrative weekend though.

BTW their is more then one Web Address out their that these guys' are sending, not just the MrArgus, their is a AlexBaldwin.rar(fake file) that they are sending also, so please becarefull with your PC's.
Their are some good keylog sniffer's out their that can detect any keyloger's on you PC. I will not list any of them cause everyone has their own/personal view's on alot of different programs.

Has anyone noticed any odd behavior after their accounts were stripped? For example, in the past 2 weeks on alexander this has happened to at least 2 players that I know of. Both times the players had everything of worth taken at first and traded off at first, but then later on it got odd.

Player 1(3-4 days after the initial "hacking") was booted off mid-dynamis only to have someone -not- him log onto his account and run over and elegy the Mega Boss while we were all resting and weakened.

Player 2(again, 3-4 days after the initial "hacking") was logged back onto by someone else and had all his rare/ex items dropped(full koenig/kaiser, full god gear, 4/5 Valor, I think... etc, etc...)

So has anyone noticed any of the other "hacked" accounts behaving in a similar manner?

Despite them changing the credit card information, it's still possible to recover your account if you are persistent. They may go to the extreme as to actualy have the authorities contact you to verify your identity.

If you really want to go back to game (though some people might see this as a blessing, but having it high jacked means you wasted your part of your life for nothing) keep hounding SE.

If it were for the greater good of the LS you should have told them somebody is attempting to hand out a bot - cheating is for fags and nobody would have/should touch it. Refer to my previous post for that discussion... If you HONESTLY had no intention of somebody (or yourself) using it - why is it important to verify the validity of it?

Here's the way I see it. Bots are considered third party programs by SE designed to give you an unfair advantage over other players and if you're caught using them - they suspend/ban you and you lose your account. You attempted to download a bot and as a result you lost your account. Different means - same outcome. What's the problem? You tried to bot and you lost your account. Why are you insisting that you're the victim here?
