    I don't know about Loquacious Earring as I don't have one but I'm pretty sure Rostrum Pumps offer 1% recast time and 0% fast cast. Can anyone prove the latter? It's pretty easy to test their recast time; RR3: 60 seconds without, 59 seconds with.

    yes, both are crap equally

    Some people have stated that Loq Earring is a random fastcast effect, I can't say I've seen that to be true but I haven't cast RR on myself 100 times to find out.

    I eventually do plan on getting a Loq. Earring for Utsu recast...even 1s is worth it IMO.

    Just fyi i tested with and without and it's barely 1s (read as: sometimes it takes a second off, sometimes not)

    But yeah if you want all the FC you can get, obviously it's an item you want. Fastcast is nerfed on recast compared to haste, it lowers recast times by exactly 1/2 the cast speed reduction you receive (same as RDM job traits)

    Edit: Not that there is anything wrong with subbing DRG in certain situations

    2.5% on the Homam Corazza was measured by parsers I assume?

    If you don't have the trait, does "+1" or "Enhancing" give you the trait? or does it not take effect at all?

    2.5% x 0 = 0

    Differs per item. Brutal gives double attack. Suppa doesn't give dual wield.

    Easy way to test. Any non THF used a Triple Dagger, and triple attacked? I tried it on my BLM a while ago, after stabbing for hours, I didnt get one triple attack, that dagger is "Triple attack +1%" , not +1, not Enhance.

    The first one increases your Triple Attack rate by 1%, the second one inreases your Triple Attack rate by 2.5%
    I don't know if it's right or not but something I heard makes sense. Enhances "blah Attack" gives a second check to see if it succeeds and +1 adds 1%. Don't shoot me if it's wrong.

    While subbing WAR? Don't say 50% because that's wayyyy too much for FFXI.

    Subbing nin offhand S. kukri, it may not be 50% but i've gotten 100tp in about 6 attack rounds and even had 300 tp vesus a war's 100tp (decent gear and acc) in a skillchain party (<- waste, tp burn ftw).

    As for the chr on the boots, you'd probably get more damage from dex build through the actual sneak attack than the weaponskill's stat mod, 1% isnt worth it, but brutal's double attack rate is worth leaving on for weaponskill imo, its not 100% but its a significant boost when it works.

    while soloing as nin/whm with brutal equiped, it is nearly as good as subbing war, and when subbed war it is even better, best earring hands down
