For HNMs and such.. since the Tu'lia Gods/Fafnir and so on have very high Evasion. and i know +5 doesnt seem like alot.. but it really makes a difference. i find i can hit Gods Better now.. then when i used the STR Rings. and it also helps me hit with the club..
