Red mage is a complex and powerful job once mastered. We are thinking about adding new magic, but the nature of the spells has yet to be decided.

As I spend three hours in Dynamis casting refresh and haste on 6 people, these words resonated in the back of my mind.

Yep, truly a more complex and powerful job has never tread upon the face of Vana'diel. Refresh, haste, refresh, haste, refresh, haste, refresh, haste, insanity...

At least you get to cast more than 1 spell. Nothings more fun than mashing my Ballad macro for 3 hours straight.

1) lolk I've been trying to think of a new sig for a while, just can't think of a good one.
2) Believe it or not, posting info that can be searched for into a relevant thread so it all gets consolidated is useful to many people. More info leads to more ideas.
3) 381 at my count, not 2000, and its better than people who just go around and repeat opinions that are repeatedly expressed by the forum regulars
4) I feel like if I was given a chance and allowed to express my views I could help this community. So yes, I'd like to be accepted. A few don't have the pure hatred that people like you have for me, and that's enough for now.

Thats not to say I don't value items at all, if that was so I wouldn't have a Brutal Earring, Chs Gaunts+1, etc. I KNOW I'm not the only one.

7) Nah, I crave to have my job have some respect again. Simply, I know how to play and equip my job to keep up or outperform other jobs that are commonly seen as the 'best'. I have been outperformed by some of them too, it all depends on the situation and how well the job is played.

Drk sucks cause if you had a billion gil a drg will still get tp before you... IF SE cant understand that they sould just delete the job...

I say either add 200mp to drk and give them teir 3 spells so they can melee for their regular crap dmg but have nice nukes and okay ws's. Like a rdm so called melee/mage combo, on that note would it hurt to give drk warp n haste-.-'


Now the other thing they can do is make them not the second most worthless melee in the game with abs-tp absorbs 20-30tp used every min/60sec and add an ability that does 200-300 dmg and gives back 20-30%tp. Dark havoc sounds good to me, and it should look like guillotine without the light effects and should give the same effect as guilliotine(silence) but actualy work this time..

drk is a melee with 2 abilitys 1 crap 1 good and a 2hr that sucks balls, Blood weapon should be 1min long so when using with souleater it can finally make some fucking sense

Now if they do some of that they wont have to worry about drk/thf.. Drk/thf can do the highest ws dmg in the game even though it takes 2hrs to get the tp-.-'

PS: Would it hurt to give drk some fucking haste gear... give the jobs who hit every 1.5 seconds a bunch of haste(mnk/nin/thf) and the job that has the highest delay weapoin in the game(which you want them to use so badly) gets a 20mil belt and 3mil hands and legs that don't add shit but a lil haste making it not worth it..

No demetrios, you have lots of play time so your value per unit of play time is much lower than others. Many people have other events that take up the entire evening so having people go out and exp in sea for pop items isn't something that can easily be worked in their schedule. Throw in all the other events and giving people free time to do other things besides exp or do hnm and the relative value of a minor gain for one blm and a few melee seems pretty damn inconsequential.

So the value per unit time is quite low in sea, so it only obtains value for those with low value per unit time. I don't know what "hate on it" means, I can only derive that you are implying that I find it a waste of time, and I am entitled to my own opinion.

A more eloquent refute would be of the order:

I think you're confusing me with Inzmail. I had Hauberk/geon since lv64; I never used AF1 body except for showing off.

Doesn't the Homan set give darks a lot of haste? I also believe that darks have access to dusk gear where monks do not.

Extending soul-eater duration would also over power any dark with a k-club.
