    Explains why Cummings commited suicide, to make sure he didn't implicate the President through torture methods. Either that or Mike is in with the Presient on this scandal, and he killed Cummings to make sure he didn't talk. Would explain why Mike and the VP have a arch-enemy thing, now that VP has been cleared as a "good guy."
