Its Justin Wong playing Chun-Li. My friend was actually at EVO2k4, and if you had seen the fights leading up to there, you'd see why they are the best. The Reason he didnt charge at Diago was because of exactly what you saw, he has the timing for parry perfect. He could have easily done that with anything Wong tried to throw at him. What you saw was him trying to throw off his timing which didnt quite work. >_>

Wong usually hangs out in China Town and Chelsey Piers in NYC, with his "crew" if you ever wanted to challenge him.

ive played Justin before in MvsC2, only was able to kill one of his characters, then 1/2 of another before he raped me haha

its fun as hell to play in chinatown fair, playing against people you see these videos made of from tourneys and shit.

Yeah he actually Eliminated my friend from the priliminaries even though he had a free pass to avoid it for making the finals in 2k3, out of spite basically lol. Cought up with him in the end >_>.
