Sarcasm? Do you even know how to use sarcasm effectively? Only way that would have been sarcastic was if indeed there was no better choice for Trick Attack on the hand slot. Yet the fact that there is, makes those who you asked the question think you might just be dumb enough to not know about Rogue's Armlets +1. Good. When? For Trick Attack, we already stated the Armlets +1 are better, and if you didnt have sea you would have stated that wasnt an option. For melee you should be using Dusk Gloves(haste/att), Tarasque +1(pure att), War Gloves+1(acc) or Mst.Cst.Mitts(solo). You have Brutal, you have Boxer's, so you have sea. So why bring things into the equation that aren't an issue? Just sounds like you were here to justify buying stupid HQs, (lemme guess you have HQ cap too) and when people shot down your ideas on an endgame forum after you mislead them, you got pissed. What did you expect?

Thanks for your 2 cents though, the bottom line is that you are a forum troll that looks to cause shit and act superior, not help anyone with a legitamate question. Someone asked if i used it, i said yes. I would also be lying if i said i didnt want the whole set to just collect it. I would also be lying if i did not say these were good for trick attack. Thank god you were here to set me straight though and tell me about thos assassin armlets!! In your defence it did slip my mind, i did not mention i was saving for those armlets, and you are right they are most likley better. Not once did i mention the gear i use for melee, as the discussion never touched on that. I can assure you that it is very good, maybe not "all" the best, but better than probably 99% of thieves i have seen. You and i can compare e-peens if you would like, but the real issue here was that a select few mongrels that frequent these boards always need to say smart ass and demeaning things.

All this because I quoted a single letter someone else said. Amazing. Here's a tip. I don't know you, or your character, how well you play your THF, wether or not you're like one of the many incredibly stupid THFs on my server that have no concept of how to play their job. When you come off as uneducated about a subject, that is all I have to go on. If you don't wanna be treated as if you're stupid, why act like it? You say you use every piece of Dragon gear...when I hear something like that, I think of someone who doesnt know how to play their job.

You say I wasn't here to help you out, just "troll", yet I took the effort to look up the link of the one item you asked about, (by asking if there was a better option) and then you stated not only did you know about it, but you were saving up coins for that exact item. SO WHY ASK? Can you see why someone such as me (a 75THF) would be so mind-boggled that another 75THF would be asking about a good piece of trick attack gear, when there's something as amazing as those out? (I have them, they're incredible.) My intent was to help, but to also demean in the process, mainly because if you were actually as stupid as you came off, you deserved it. You obviously aren't, so in the future, come off as smart as you actually are.

So many Thieves on Midgardsormr choose to get the AF+1 Culotte instead of the Armlets... I don't know why

I don't think there is a better weaponskill or tpgain leg armor than Dgn. Subligar +1 until you get into leg armors that are dam difficult to get. You can buy this off AH and its an awesome addition to your gear until you can access either Homan legs, Pahlu legs, and Heca legs. All of which you will be lucky to acquire.
