Because BG members who hate the fact they played a game for 3-years quitting suddenly for WoW (and trying to tear the people who DO want to play apart) and making a new board really isn't starting anything. The first few weeks the board was made it was just random people showing up saying how BG should've stayed in FFXI, then they retorted saying FFXI sucks and then it started. But you still can't say that the FFXI vets here started anything, because random people who browse for the FFXI aspect of this board (something you'd expect) decided to voice their opinions. Had this already been a FFXI/WoW board then maybe something could've happened.

I browse the WoW forum every now and then and I pretty much never see any WoW bashing going on. The public WoW forum for the most part does not get that much traffic. I think it's pretty stupid to compare "which representatives of each game have offended the other more." Although FFXI people have gone to WoW forums to either start something or "bash", it doesn't even come close to what some (definetly not all) of the WoW people have come to the FFXI forum and done.

I'm not trying to start a war here, but this is a site for both WoW and FFXI. You can't just ban someone for playing WoW and posting in FFXI and let the people who do go to the WoW forum and bash it get away.
