slow is easier without a parser, just get slowed and cast utsusemi ni with a recast timer, and see how many seconds it adds. voila

Someone put forth the hypothesis that Hojo: Ichi and Hojo: Ni have static slow effects, but the Slow spell can actually surpass those effects depending on the caster's MND stat.

Slow has an amazingly noticeable affect on some mobs (Wyrms for example), it would be nice to know if it is better to have a NIN cast Hojo: Ni or a pimped out RDM cast Slow on them.
