I did see in the video that BLU was doing what looked like 1000 Needles (he's in boyhada tree and there are needles flying out around him) but if BLU does get 1000 needles, it'll end up hitting all the mobs around him or only be unlocked by killing Cactuar NMs and take up like 50 of your set points and cost 400 MP
