Quick question regarding ToAU serial key activation

I was wondering if anyone could solve my dilemma. My FFXI account was originally made on the JP PC client but I've been using the PS2 version for a long time now, I know that I need to get the JP ToAU but which one do I have to use to register ToAU with? PC or can I just use PS2?

I don't remember which system's client I used to register RoZ and CoP with Any insight would be appreciated.

If you buy ToAU for PS2 and use the registration code for that, then you won't need the code for PC. At least, that's how it went for me with CoP.

Regions matter but, platforms don't matter. If you made your account on a JP PC client, you will need to enter the JP ToAU reg code on a JP PS2, a JP POL client on PC, and even a JP Xbox 360 would work.

The billing is slightly differnent and the codes are region specific, but will work on whichever platform you are using. If you are try to access anything related to registration or billing on an different region platform then where the account was orginally created it will tell you to use the orginal regions POL viewer.

Nah you'll need to get the US expansion serial key.

Hope I can remember how to register the serial codes within JP POL. Still, it's hardly the most strenuous of tasks even if it is in a foreign language.
