Cause this is General Discussion, if you read any of the threads, you'll notice there isnt rampant stupidity and bashing, as much as the main forums at least. Except when people you come along and start messing with shit.

If you're happy with your boyfriend, good for you, vote. If you don't have anything to say, then don't. Some people here want to share their experiences and some people have benefited from it, if you don't care then good for you, we don't need to hear about it. People in here are having perfectly decent conversations about relationships, we don't need people like you questioning it or saying dumb crap. Unless you have something constructive to say, GTFO.

I'm not saying this to be mean, but really the shy thing just isn't cool to girls. And i don't mean this to you in particular, but more of a statement to all guys, grow a pair and just go talk to a girl. You don't have to be rico suave or anything spectacular. Having the guts to just go up to a girl and introduce yourself is enough to at least get her to pay attention to you. Girls like confidence and the ability to not stutter when you talk to them just cause they look good.

I'm going to have to agree with this. I mean, being shy is cute sometimes, but I mean if you're interested, grab your nuts (if you can find them) and talk to me. Girls don't bite, and most of the time you'd be surprised. And I mean even if she kinda brushes you off, its her loss right? Probably someone different than you thought she would be. She'll tell her friends about you and you'll tell your friends about her being a bitch. It all works out. Confidence is definantly a +. I don't know about the studdering though, depending on the guy it can be pretty cute heh.

I like to think of myself as someone who girls would want, meh. I follow after my father a great deal, im pretty old fashioned, open doors, pay for stuff, etc etc. I guess aside from the shy thing (which usually only last for a bit) I dont see anything that bad. I could get a girl if i tried.. but meh.. Most girls these days are sluts and crap, find me a girl who is attractive and such, and hasnt had sex or fooled around and that would be nice. yeah I believe in sex after marriage, sue me, I even turned down two girls! well, one was pretty drunk.

There's nothing wrong with being a gentleman. Some people say Chivalry is dead, I say fuck that. I still appreciate the little things like that, opening doors, putting your jacket in the puddle (except no one does that), etc. The old-fashioned guys are usually the nicer guys, but they actually have a backbone, unlike some guys. (I'm sorry guys, but sometimes theres too nice, and its really a turn off, I want a boyfriend not a puppy dog.) It's true that it seems that the focus these days is sex sex sex, but I really hate the double standard. Its okay for a guy to have sex with 10 girls, and he's cool, but if a girl has sex with 10 guys (not saying its okay), then she's a slut. It doesn't work like that. Not all people want sex however, I happen to know quite a few girls who want to wait as well Sephi, so don't lose hope, and resist temptation!
