Agreed. I could care less about celebs changing their names or trying to appear as a different ethnic group, its been done since the begining of time.

Aside: Leary stealing Bill Hicks' material pisses me off much more than Mencia stealing from random people. There is nothing Bill can do about it now. Its like stealing lunch money from retarded kid.

leary apologized for it as far as Ive read, his new material is all his and some of the networks he worked with came down on him real hard when they found out he stole shit. regardless of stealing or not, his delivery of the content was spot on, that doesnt make it right though.
I think he is a better dramatic actor than comedian nowadays, but he is still quite funny
