my friend is guessing the JOBS's go as so:
JOB16 = Blue Mage
JOB17 = Corsair
JOB18 = Puppetmaster
based how JOB18 is being listed for h2h weapon, and JOB16 is listed with the mage set, and JOB17 (and JOB17 alone) uses a Hexagun.
but my friend is a woman...so take it with a grain of salt.
How do you do a search within the data browser? I wasn't able to find that function...

Heh... okay. I'm starting to think Assault isn't going to be a walk in the park. Welcome to extra movement speed whichever jobs didn't have it. Too bad all the monsters in assault move at +20% movement speed!
The Yigit set continues to underwhelm. I hope that maybe all together the refresh will be like 6 mp a tic because honestly there isn't a piece there worth using (you get more MAB from the Zenith Mitts than 2.5 pieces of this gear)
However, here's a real question thats been bugging me since the Nashira gear was released:
Why do these great mage pieces lack +MP stats?
I still want to know why a THF wearing a honam piece needs 30 mp...
Ok going off the POL Site and the Pic they posted of the Yigit head piece it says that set will be used by BLU. So in a quick deductive idea Job16 = BLU, Job17 = COR, Job18 = Pup. I''m basically saying this as to the order that the Jobs were given to us on the ToA stuff.
Anyway just a thought.

And Nynja, after spending the past few hours going through dats with two friends, we also agree that 16 is BLU, 17 is COR and 18 is PUP. Some things we noticed is;
- No new jobs get God set (except BLU getting Genbu's Shield)
- No new job gets Zenith, no new jobs get Hecatomb but BLU and COR can wear Adaman, Koenig and Crimson. Also, BLU can wear both Homan and Nashira gear. Take the stuff about abjuration gear with a pinch of salt because I haven't verified it myself.
- Only Corsair gets to use Joyeuse.
- BLU and PUP get Vermillion Cloak.
- No new jobs got access to Byrnie and Haubergeon.
- PUP is very mage heavy on equipment (Rostrums, Errant etc) and doesn't get Destroyers.

No, but I see that it's now possible to take magic defence to such ludicrously high levels that, if there isn't a cap somewhere, might allow RDM to be over 100% magic damage reduction. I really don't think Utsusemi: San is in the game. Even Meteor II has a complete description in its scroll, and we all know how likely that is to appear as a learnable spell =P.
No blm is going to use Yigit body to nuke in. BLU might though.
So now there are worthwhile items to swap in when resting in neck and back slots too. If they don't increase the number of slots in macros, going to have to hit 2 macros every time you rest if you want max hmp.

the new setup would have to be +3 for most smn to even consider it, and +5 for it to be an absolute improvement in perpetuation cost. however SMN would lose all their -BP timer and most of their +MP slots (along with many other good stats like avatar accuracy and -enmity)
and without complete set, its almost worthless for SMN. so i don't expect most SMN to use it unless it's +4 or +5 refresh.
for BRD, CHR, haste, +hp, +mp are key stats. the -10% on body is ok, but not as good as manteel (12% plus a lot of CHR). i think existing stuff is better for every slot, and the combined effect, even +5 refresh, just wouldn't be that important to a bard (who can only use MP as 37WHM anyway).
can't speak for RDM BLM WHM as i don't play those endgame.
