No shit, I didn't know drk could wear Homam. The only people I'v ever seen it in were thfs. As for aces helm, getting one is a bitch. We are 1/4? on him and just getting him to spawn is a pain beyond all pains. They are not common at all, at least on my server.Originally Posted by Nny
Also, do you really use that belt during exp? To you blow a charge every time your haste wears? I find it hard to believe that anyone would go that far.
Do you use food?Originally Posted by kareface
As for Homam, its DRK/DRG/PLD/THF
A belt lasts an hour, and it's like 5-10k to make one. I used to use them, but after I got swift belt I decided to just be lazy.
I also don't see how it's going "that far." Ever play RDM in merit PT before? I have once, using an enchantment belt every 3 minutes is nothing compared to playing a mage lol.
And I never said they were common, but at the same time I don't understand why you would say "THF has more haste then DRK because DRK's items are an uncommon drop."
BLU too <_<
You can macro enchantment items can't you?
Some. haste belt wears off if you swap it out.Originally Posted by aurik
Same with high breath mantle, when I xp ninja I save myself some frustration and don't take any otehr backpieces when I intend to use it. Hate losing charge on it.Originally Posted by Maxxthepenguin
I meant macro as in /item "Haste Belt" <me> when it wears off. Then you don't even have to dig through your inventory to find it.Originally Posted by Maxxthepenguin

But then your short +5 Str and +5 dex on the WS right? 4% haste is sweet over a speed belt, but the hastle and what you would have to give up on WS knida sucks. You could reuse a charge after the WS, but you would be down whatever the equip delay is with no haste what-so-ever. IMHO its not worth the bother.
Yes. Why are you still here?Originally Posted by Maxxthepenguin
Comparing food, that you have to eat once every 30-1hr (or longer for unstackable) to something that give you a 4% buff over the next best thing, but you need to use once every 3 minutes? I can store 6hrs of food in one slot, but 6hrs of belts takes 6 slots. The 4% buff you would get over the speed belt is also knida nerfed by the fact that theres a delay after using items with charges too.
I can't remember the last time you posted some worthwhile information. GJ on forum post +1, I hope you catch the clap.
There's only a couple second cool down for JA's and MA's, normal attacks aren't effected by the cool down.
5 STR hardly does anything for WS damage, and 5 DEX doesn't do anything anyway since I don't recall any 2h weaponskill that is crit based.
Considering the fact that DoT is where the majority of damage comes from, 4% on normal hits > 5 STR on WS.
Ah, I see. What about the cast time? Well I can say, I'd be way too lazy todo anything of the sort. I get frustrated when I'm not building TP while casting ni. I could see using it oh HNMs where 4% might help a war tank better, but in normal exp I think being lazyish > 4% haste.
Doesn't take long to activate at all. Especially since you only need to use it once an hour.
You need to use it 20 times an hour, lol.Originally Posted by aurik
Actually every 3 minutes, same as haste spell. By one hour, I meant one BELT lasts an hour. 20 charges, 3 minutes, each, 60 minutes a belt.Originally Posted by aurik
And yeah, like I said I'm just lazy now and use Swift cuz it's still the same exp/hour really. But at the same time, if you're talking about being the ultimate best, Haste Belt is the best you can get.
How is any of that haste worth it if 6% decrease is the same exp/hour...Originally Posted by Nny
In the end there's factors other than how much haste you have that affect your xp/hr to a much larger degree. Like, how often people afk.
LMAO, that is so true. Good one, alt.Originally Posted by epigram

And I know DRK/WAR doesn't get invites, its kind of obvious when you can't get a party.
By the way, why the fuck would you invite a SAM 1st off when its a manasink, just like the oh so hated DRK. And DRK/SAM never will deal as much damage as DRK/WAR, so I don't get that one either.
