ToAU Activation?

Has SE stated at what specific time they're flipping the switch on the expansion, basically when they make the content live?

I tried checking POL.com but I haven't been able to find any information

Someone said it's going live on the 20th (Japan), but they weren't able to give me a specific time for when it was happening, so does anyone know?

they've said numerous times at the bottom of the page where the playonline notices are displayed (which you shouldnt have missed) but they've said three different things:

the 20th
the 19th (PST)
the 20th in the afternoon (the most recent statement)

The real question is what time does SE
consider "evening" .

There will be a message in game when ToAU is activated, so I guess you just have to wait until then.

Well SE will probably activate it at 0:00 JST
so that means USA will get it around 12pm?

JP website says around noon, JST on the 20th. Which is around 8pm PST on the 19th.
