eh we use pld/wars for everything. I suppose any tank does the job for it.. all preference.

imo 2 PLD/NINs with martial anelaces is the way to go, with decent HP gear, the TP bonus coupled with the fact that Cerb is a pussy to spirit damage, a galka PLD/NIN could drop a 500 damage spirits every 100% TP, almost eliminating the "need" for hate planters.

Well, he dropped a Fire Crystal for us today (and all the other stuff too, no Tiamat style BS).

Just killed, 2nd on Siren. Dropped everything. Meat, 2 Claws, Algol, Hide?

Pretty intense fight, but I can see it being a joke on future attempts.

Btw I dunno if anyone mentioned this, but after we got it our DRK went out and played with it today, and he said the Triple Attack from Algol can indeed proc on WSs.

Based on the wording of the Triple Attack I had figured it would, just hard to test with something as low as 3%.

I didn't ask him the damage but he said it was proccing about 50% of the time on EP outside of town.

We'll prolly xp at some point so maybe we can get him to bring his DRK out instead of WAR.

My linkshell LimitBreak on Odin killed it twice, I was there for the 2nd defeat yesterday. He's such a pain in the butt to fight with his abilities... but at least it dropped Algol both times, so now our 2 drks have it equipped.

I've looked alot of places, but not everywhere, just can't find anything in stone on his pop time.
