Mog Locker Details

Mog lockers are opened for your use when you complete the first TAU mission.

You lease lockers using Imperial Currency. For a 30-slot safe (the initial size) it costs 1 Bronze for 7 days.

To expand your safe, you pay Imperial Currency once again. 4 Mythril will give you an additional 10 slots. No idea if this increases the fee to lease it.

In order to get Imperial Currency, you can do missions for imperial standing and I'm not sure what else <_<. Completing the first mission gave me 150 standing. 20 standing -> 1 bronze. 100 standing->1 silver. 200 standing->1 mythril. 1000 standing->1 gold.

There's an elvaan NPC right outside whitegate moghouse.

Anyone found out if the 2nd mog locker upgrade is availible? Upgraded mine on the second day, was wondering if you can upgrade as you get promoted, or if it hasn't even been introduced into game yet.

Do you trade 4 Mythril Currency to the same NPC in which you give currency to extend the lease? Or is it a different one? And do you need to be at a certain point in missions to do so?

trade the mythril coins to the elvaan outside the whitegate mog house, i'm not sure if you have to be at a certain point in the missions, but if you do they only take like an hour, minus boat time, to complete.

I got my first upgrade on Saturday. Wouldn't let me upgrade again right away, talked to him again on Sunday and he gave me the option. I have not beat any Assaults yet so you don't have to rank up to get the next upgrade. My guess would that you have to wait for a conquest tally after the first upgrade to get the second or possibly just the next earth day. I can't say conclusively because of when I did my upgrades.

Cost on 2nd upgrade (40->50) is 2 Imperial Gold Pieces.

Once you expand your locker does it cost more to maintain? Or is it still just 1 bronze a week?

BTW 2 goldpieces = 2 merits with Sanction on. Easy.

I can have all my PLD and NIN gear on my main, all my various Pop items, no muling needed, and still have about 15 open slots in my inventory when I go to xp (used to be like fucking 5 or something). FINALLY I CAN GET THOSE SWEET WIND CRYSTALS

I have 3x 75 jobs, which are all multi-eqiuip on every slot, aswell as a 57 thief, which is highly demanding in SA and TA gear, and cant remember the last time I saw 40/60 in my inventory untill today when I did some mog locker management. Amazing what those slots did.

I just wish they were accessible from all Rent-a-Rooms and not just ToAU's. This combined with the Jeuno warp will be the biggest reason people move their homepoints.

They added it over 3 years ago, it's called "storage." I'd have prefered to just have another 50 slots on my mog house storage, but whatever. It's 50 less things sitting in my delivery box.

Storage isn't available from the town where my HP is set, and hasn't been since I was a wee little noob. Mog locker is 8)
