Now that we on the subject, Mind Blast has the same MND boosts as M. Hammer-- I landed it on a VT Imp, Para proc'd about 7 times... it's quite powerful.

Is the actual paralyze effect thunder based too? Anyone want to see if you can paralyze an ice elemental?

STUPID WHM CURE SPELL CAP. If I found every last bit of MND, healing breeze may eventually pass curaga 2 on WHM.

Why make MND totally worthless for a WHM on every one of their spells but 1? At least adding some MND for healing breeze gives it a little something extra.

+63 MND = 4 hp on curaga 2
+63 MND = 14 hp on healing breeze

Since I don't wanna comb through 100+ pages, anyone determined if 'Lowing' is worth a damn? I was talking to my LS about it and if it could even negate a mobs regen for 30 seconds, that's pretty significant vs certain mobs

Good on Aspid if you can land it, or Shen if your LS is so inclined. Hills are Alive might also be nice, if you want to spare the spot for a BLU.

I'd reccomend full magic accuracy merits though.

I'll go run down to Beauc or Xarcabard today and test that for you. I bet the Para is Thunder based at any rate... we are the weirdos of the debuff bunch (Light Based Dispel and Aspir, Earth Based Gravity, etc etc)

Probably. He seems to take damage more easily than other hnms.

He was doing a consistent 800-1000 through out the fight, then finishes Khmaira off with that. I just asked him what he had on when he busted out that at the end. Pretty much everything: Azure Lore, Cocoon, CA, Double Minne songs, and SA.
