and i stupedly spent 24k ISP or w/e on the acc pants 1 week before i got my Homam Pnats XD.... so i now have only 8k ISP ; ;

Yeah, I was pretty blunt about it too, hehe.

Perdu Hanger has the same latent factor as Maneater/Blau Dolch, etc.

+15 Attack and +5 Accuracy when under 100% TP and during WS.

This Sword just blew a whole bunch of BLU-Swords outta the water, including Shiva's Shotel.

Maybe she doesn't know the maneater latent?

Yup, just like Maneater has 49 DMG under 100TP.

Though you sure it beats shiva shotel hands down? Would the 15 attk make all the difference? For the consistant 45 base dmg and 8 acc of shotel? Or the crit rate on dissector?

Though if it beats shotel in stats shotel still wins in looks hehe. I wish they made it looks XD its so plain looking ; ;

63 delay and 15 ATT > 1 DMG, 3 ACC, 4 INT
8 DMG, 15 ATT, 5 Acc, 6 delay > 6% critical hits

Though my only concern is... if the acc doesnt take effect while you have more than 100 tp, the 5 acc wont help yours spells when you Chain affinity to SC right?

I'd going with what Judai said and what's in the screenshot. 255 attack with latent, 240 without.

It works with WS, it'll probably work with spells.

Yeah removed my post after I actually woke up and looked at the screenshots closer. Odd that's it's only +15 attack instead of other weapons like Maneater/Blau.

Not all of those weapons are the same, from wiki:

Wagh Baghnakhs (Hand-to-Hand) DMG:+18 Accuracy +5 Attack +14
Blau Dolch (Dagger) DMG:33 Accuracy +5 Attack +16
Maneater (Axe) DMG:49 Accuracy +5 Attack +18
Stone-splitter (Polearm) DMG:71 Accuracy +5 Attack +24
Onimaru (Great Katana) DMG:83 Accuracy +5 Attack +18
