What Kaslo meant was .... Altana View shows starting animation and finishing animation on the same model - so you see a BLU shooting some stuff and THEN the effect on the same model. (this also applies to buffs - so you can't tell which effect applies to the caster or target). In normal condition the effect would apply to a monster.Originally Posted by Kaslo
Animations basically "schedule" of animations:
main - that's what you see on the videos - caster starts casting (part1) and then you see the effect (on the same model, part2)
cst0/1 - part1 of the animation - what the caster looks like when casting
tgt0/1 - part 2 - this is the animation on the target
Self-buffs like Refuelling, Cocoon, Metallic Body, Warm-Up have additional "schedule":
sub0 - shows the effect of the spell/ability on the caster
But other "buffing" spells like Diamondhide, Feather Barrier etc although they're self-buffing have only cst0/main/tgt0 schedules too.
None of the new animation have the "sub0" component on them, but they do have cst0/main/tgt0 schedules- so it's hard to tell whether any of them is a self-buffing one (ladybug animation seems like one though).
If you want to play Sherlock Holmes:
Gnat Attack - fly_dsn0 (main/se10/tg1)
Slugg Attack - slg_acd0 (cst1/main/tgt1)
Gnole Attack - wlf_mus0 (cst1/main/tgt1)
Rafflesia Attack - raf_tan0 (cas1/main/tgt0)
Ladybug Attack - ldy_sls0 (cas0/cse0/main/tgt0/tse0)
Sooo.....that's what Kaslo meant right, right? Because he wasn't trying to be sarcastic, right? He was just trying to help, rrrrright?![]()
