Asuran Claw - gnole on hind feet
Corrosive Ooze - Those yellow slug
Regurgitation - them basilisk thing
Spiral Spin - lady bug
Seedspray - those Rafflesia thingy
Well i feel cheated, no spell from Gnat even tho it was added in the dats with those other spells.
4/5 now, only missing lolasuranclaws
While you are somewhat right in theory, the idea that it's worth it if you are using an nq, and not if you are using a hq, is very silly. Also, a lot of the time even losing 3.5% hit rate will not cost you an extra attack to 100%TP - it depends what accuracy you would be at with each..Originally Posted by Chupunpupun

The Ooze move is single hit, might be a handy new debuff if the effects are as potent.
Spiral Spin is 3 points and 1 Str; Nice for Str whoring.
Oddly enough, Regurgitation is 1 point for Water + Bind.
Anybody mind posting required level for the new spells?
Wondering if I should dig out my 60 BLU before LS Party on Wednesday.
Regur. 69;
Corrosiv. 66;
Spiral 60;
Seed Spray. 61;
Another note, All the spells(Sans Claws) have quite a bit of range on them.![]()
Any word on job trait assignment?
For what it is worth, the Blue Mage Hunting Grounds is being updated with Camps as info comes in.
I hope it helps folks a little.

Myriads
Aparently using provoke on the Lobi make them stand. Our BLU group here on remora is doing this. A few people have Asuran Claws.
81MP, AGI+3, 2 set points...
Two points? Holy crap, I was honestly expecting 5...
Let us know what the damage looks like, comparable to our Big 3 etc
2set points? Either the spell sucks or SE is throwing the blue mages restitution for the failure that was Assimilation!Originally Posted by [Vax
Heres to hoping Asuran is better than Hysteric Barrage and slightly under Diss.
Perhaps Gnoles are one of those 'reactionary to JA' monsters? It seems to be a common trait among formerly humanoid enemies and machinery... (Soulflayers, Flans, Gears etc)
From what we've seen so far, it's not amazing but not horrible.. I'm wondering if it has to do with moon phase.
It's doing less than dissever to the lobi, but they are blunt resistant I guess. It's doing about the same as rip.
Looking forward to testing on imps. I'm going to check right now if you can make the Gnoles out in Batallia [S] will stand via the same method.
I used alot of JAs on normal Gnoles in Battalia Downs before, i think it might be a moon phase/JA reaction that Lobisons have.
Try doing it though, its been a while since ive played with gnoles.
so it's blunt and not slashing??Originally Posted by [Vax

I read VZX's post on Alla, and came back to my group as PLD/WAR. In about 5 or 6 Lobisons, we've seen 4 of them stand, only one used Asuran Claws tho. I just engage, and use Provoke every time it's up, and we take our time killing it, and it usually stands... And uses Nox Blast >_> I use every JA except Sentinel when it's up, ... and except Chivalry ^^ Hope this is helpful in some way.
Also, unlike VZX, I got one Lobison to stand twice in one fight.
It just reacted to Provoke, i.e: Stood right after Voke, 3 times in a row. Not 3 Vokes in a row, but after the action.
Did you check the moon phase?Originally Posted by shukuffxi
