Yeah, we've been doing this only on Lobisons. We are 4 people, 3 of them have it now, so i'm goin back to switch to BLU~. Can't vouch for if it'll work on Gnoles that aren't Lobisons. Gl~ And give credit to VZX, it was his post that made me try this :D

Im using asuran claw for the hell of it, its doing 500ish damage with CA ; ;. on a side note, it chains with both vorpal and savage blade for liquification. also, i did seed spray. vorpal blade > seedspray = detonation, havent tried it with savage. seedspray does about 300-450 damage with CA on mobs.

I already tried making 6-7 gnoles to stand up... it's not about the provoke I think

I got 1 occasion it stood up because I did vorpal blade, and 2 other occasion because I do defender and warcry before provoke
I guess it depends on the amount of hate you got. If you get it high enough, you can make it stand while it faces you...
try to do diffusion -> exuviation on 6man PT.

Any tip to make lolbisons stand up reliably? Provoke isn't working well.

In all honesty that worked like a charm; We had a group of 10ish blu, all got within 4 trys; Voke from behind in particular was very effective.

Sadly the spell is doing horrific dmg(500dmg'ish on a TW Leech), so I'm banking on it being effected by the moon (New Moon would be a likely reason why it sucks, if it follows the trend of Gnoles)

Got lucky, 1/3x used learned, off of like 5 Lolbisons, PLD/WAR + BLU/NIN

We tested on Lobisons with Minuet III/IV, Minne III/IV, STR Etude x2, DEX Etude x2, AGI Etude x2, CHR Etude x2, nothing returned anything over 300, avg was maybe 250, some in the 290s, and 2 around 200. Without etudes, on a Screamer, 750, 500ish on a Fungur, 750sh on a Sheep. I'd like to test more, but my BRD wants to go get the rest of the new spells.

Did you try double madrigal? It is a 6 hit attack and may have a -acc hidden mod :/

Its starting to make sense now why Asuran Claws is only 2set points... its almost definately going to be affected by moon phase hence the 2set point cost and reports of unimpressive damage from a 6hit WS thats supposed to knock Hysteric Barrage the fuck out =/

Kaslo, yeah, once my friend gave me Madrigal / something else, no difference. I just cast in in max acc gear to see if acc made a dif (Sushi, Acc Bonus trait, Perdu, Fortitude, Homam, insane acc gear ), didn't do anything different. I'm getting really different #s all over the place from EP to Tough, ranging from 250-300 to 700.

Spiral Spin + Power Attack or Mandibular Bite = Plantoid Killer
