One on the right looks similar to Spiral Spin's design, the neon-like swirl- so I'm guessing WoTG. Just not sure which. =/ I doubt it will, but it better not require Moogle expansion. D:

Sub Zero Roar - Enhances attack
Triumphant Smash - Additional Effect: Paralysis

Depending on amounts and duration, Sub Zero Roar could be awesome. Hope for it not being a 30 second Memento Mori like thing. More things for support-styled BLU to do if it's worth using on Diffusion. <3 ....I'll use it just for the animation. >.>

Triumphant Smash! Paralyze on a physical spell! :D Exciting for solo and small groups. :D ....another sexy animation as well.

That is my concern as well. Attack doesn't affect spell damage, so this may be quite useless for anything but Tizona.

Not that concerned about traits, but honestly I think Physical Spell Potency would be nice. Either that or Enchainment (+50% TP to complete with Merits).

It'll probably be ATT Bonus and Resist Para though.

I don't know how someone messed up something like this, but it's "Sub-zero Smash" and "Triumphant Roar," and not what people have been quoting around.

Sub-zero Smash being the para one, and T. Roar being the attack one.

I got this from POLUtils, which gives spell names and descriptions but no longer contains information on things like MP cost, casting time, etc. Maybe someone with more involved computer knowledge can find those somewhere (or we can just wait an hour and find out ourselves).

That does make a lot more sense. '-' Sub-Zero bringing the ice elements to the spell, which paralyzes.
