The Regen is supposedly 10hp/3s, 90s, 300 total.

It appears Accrid Stream is a breath based attack, seems to do HP/3.74 ish.

Is it not possible to SC on the back of sanguine blade? I've tried several spells (big 3, cannonball, VC, sub-zero smash to name few) and got absolutely nothing.

If Magic Bursts become a standard tactic again, the reports I've heard from Black Mages suggest that Magic Burst Bonus is quite potent.

I'm actually particularly interested in regeneration and battery charge.

If they give 320/320 they would make nice tanking tools (self buff with CE generation at good cost).
