Yeah, I've been subbing rdm alot, and I have been aoeing for TE in the new zones, so It does work. Not even sure which mobs don't give ruby in the new zones, so blu + blm aoe it is.

Got discernment abyssite (shows element of weakness to trigger) just now, waiting on night time so I can unlock the final BC hehe. Too bad blue cant wear twilight cloak;;

Top dmg was just BA + drink. Bottom dmg was with a few fantods thrown in as well.

Where did you get the abyssite from?

Edit: What 3 atma do you use? Ultimate/Minikin/Baying Moon?

In the Mavi AF3 hands, which should be 'Mavi Bazubands', they cut off the 's' at the end.

So we only get one bazuband. =/

I guess they got lazy and just went straight off the Japanese names since nothing is plural in those listings. Not sure how it is in French/German though.

Got a twilight cape, need to see if will do crazy dmg on thundersday lol since it supposedly adds another 20 mab.
You get that abyssite for killing all 9 bosses, and 6 caterae things. It's the best thing ever for triggering weakness.
Beyond would be nice if we had an ice nuke lol. But our best is thunder and fire so far. Gotta go get that ixion atma since its thunder major, might be better than baying moon.

This is exciting news since it means we'll get DOUBLE the stats when they fix this. Hurray for Enmity-8!

I figure this is the best we can do for CW. Unfortunately, it looks painful/annoying to get.

I would also like to point out that the utility of 1.125DEX:INT can diminish because DEX goes through more calculations and more calculations = more flooring.

a Galdr ring is likely to be better than one of those thundersouls (outside abyssea for sure, may not be inside). Artemis or Uggy pendant is going to be better for the neck, depending on MP/moon phase. Otherwise, yeah looks good.

yeah i might have to try that lion atma with twlight cape and thunder obi. Prob would out do baying moon, but not sure. It wouldnt help with thermal though is teh problem.

There's no probably, +30% damage is more than +30 mab.

Aye, but you end up losing that 30 mab for Thermal pulse, and only have the +30% damage for one spell. Also, do we know for sure yet if it's worth it to cast blu magic in full 5/5 AF yet, or has there not been enough time for anyone to finish all the pieces and do any testing?

sadly i'm main job redmage, who's been playing blue a lot to trigger stuff on raids. I've only got mavi pants +2, the rest I have to wait for others to finish.

Thats the position I'm in, BLU isn't my main per se, but I've been using it as a main again in Abyssea, to proc green/yellow !!s and Red ones with sword ws. So I'm a little behind on gear for the magical side of things.
