You don't need two blus and there is no reason to ever not use BA, it will always be up anyways. Sound blast + enervation lets you one shot practically anything that hasn't been levelled up even with a mediocre gear set. Save whirl for doing CAefflux whirl -> pulse if you have more than one mob resist.

Yeah even if you don't get an isl and are non stop pulling just buffing up and waiting the small time for repops and running thru and grabbing them all again should be enough time for your BA to be up

I'd have 2 BLU because I'd be farming pop sets, and I would think pull > sleep > 2 BA whisker (1 from each) is a guaranteed dead pull with mediocre gear (I don't have some of the best gear people have listed).

You might as well have the second account come and leech XP instead of being blu. A single blu can one shot just fine with mediocre gear.

Curious whats your Blu skill at as well? This http://www.ffxiah.com/forum/topic/20...-on-blue-mage/ is pretty detailed on how to do AOE farming on BLU it even details zones and mobs.

Should easily hit 4k+ without issue on CW I farm for lights even /thf just change my ATMAS when we engage NM's for the most part I do this sequence makes killing pretty easy.

1. Buff and Gather mobs
2. CA+Efflux+Whirl of Rage (Actually quite nice damage I hit from 800 - 2.5k on mobs with stun to boot)
3. Dream Flower
5. Wait Dream Flower Timer to about 10 seconds (can debuff or buff) (Enveneration / Sound blast / Plenilune Embrace/ Amplification/ Memento Mori/ Fantod)
4. BA+Charged Whisker
5. Whirl of rage if not dead
6. Dream Flower or Thermal Pulse if bad luck on resists

Some times you get resist or fight mobs that have some magical resistances I use that pattern and it's pretty fool proof for me. Just depends on how I feel at times if I am opening chests or not so I will even equip MM/LOIN/ultimate or RR works for me. Killing in one shot doesn't matter much to me since normally I have to wait on repops and my timers to be up anyway.

The worse thing that can happen is being interrupted casting and not getting the spells off timely or at all that is for sure lol.

Seems a fun combo for sanquine blade with smiting blow and atma of the cosmos for sure if works. If they stack smiting tp bonus and the off hand swords bonus.

On Smiting Blow stacking was looking at the heals on it pure and simple not a damage increase with the off-hand combo and useing atma of the cosmos for the damage increase.

Does anyone know what is the 200%/300% tp crit rate increase on CDC?

When I cleave, I BLU/RDM, use Lion/Ultimate/RR as Atmas, find something that:

• Is Arcana
• Links and/or aggro's sound
• Doesn't cast magic
• Doesn't have a roaming NM (just to make it easier, though nothing beats Chigoes)

Occultation > Stoneskin > Animating Wail > Battery Charge > Phalanx > Cocoon > gather all them lovely monsters with a kick-ass PDT set > Dream Flower > (Depending on pull size and pathing, Yawn the straddlers) > Demoralizing Roar > Momento Mori > Enervation > Efflux > BA > CA > Charged Whisker (which usually kills everything in site, failing that) > Whirl of Rage > Spend the next 2-3 minutes filing through all those Lv5 gold temporary items chests > Repeat.

This way, instead of having to cast sleep twice, only gotta do it once. Problems with maintaining MP? Occasionally, but it's rare that you dont get a 2hr chests or temporary items, and you have Convert as well as Martellos is you camp near them.

The above order is for mainly the ones with larger HP. Stuff in Visions and Scars zones have less HP than Heroes, so require less work (usually without the WoR, and thus can skip DRoar too). Chigoes are just laughable how little HPthey have and can hit for...

Mmmm, I don't have Atma of the Lion. That looks like a big chunk of damage. I've been using Ultimate/Baying Moon/MM. I guess I should get Lion and start using RR.

Yeah MM is terrible. Ideally you want Lion, blinding horn, ultimate. You can get away with not having one of the real atmas though. With decent gear you can still one shot with lion, BH, baying moon or lion/BH, ultimate, RR.

Lion is pretty much king with it you can do well with any other atmas the 6.4k above was with MM/lion/rr Lion = "Triple Attack"+:Major (10%), Physical Damage Taken-:Minor (-10%), Attack+:Major (+40). That's my lazy man setup in vision zones especially for farming and fighting NM's when I don't want to have to go change atmas all the time.

I don't like starting with whirl because I have to stop to use JAs while I'm getting beat on. Usually, the mobs I pull hit hard enough, and I pull enough of them that I'm in the Orange by the time I get the sleep off even with capped pdt, protect, phalanx, Taco, and cocoon. As such, I often can't afford to delay the sleep by using JAs.

On the mobs that don't hit hard enough to get through defenses, I don't need whirl at all.

I just use MM Lion and RR. I hate popping potions to get mp, and I kill everything with these 3 atma anyhow. I set RR so I can melee down stragglers for pearl light easier. Heck I use memento mori instead of bothering to open temp item chests for the ascetics. I guess if you have gimp ass gear you should set as much dmg atma as you can, but if you got nice shit then you don't have to.

My current set is 2MAB and 3DEX from a perfect set up and even I don't always one-hit the mob using perfect atmas (No, not resists; they're at 1-3% HP). I doubt your argument applies to vision zones/scar zones without a lot of activity.

Yeah with those atmas even with perfect gear and full +70 from cruor buffs you should barely be breaking 6k before enervation

Does double AGI magian swords any use for BLU? Can I eva tank NM that I can't tank without 1 or no AGI magian sword?

It's decent in a evasion build. Especially for lvl 75 content

In regard to SB: With Cosmos and MM alone you should be pushing 2500+ with SB. And if you dropped Smiting blow and picked up Ultimate you'd be hitting near 3200.
At 100% TP you heal 50% back, idk about you; but I cant think of needing to heal back more than 1600 at a given time.
