Well... about the galka issue (not only mp), cant you just call a gm and really sell it like you are going to kill yourself or something, cause you get laughed about and all, and get em to change your race to a better one, like for instance elfs, who we all know is the best race of them all?

You misunderstood me. I dont want to change it at all. I want to to be a lizard hulk with highest HP etc. I just want a little justice. If Taru has 1200HP while Galka 1600HP then Galka should have 675MP when Taru has 900.
Elvaan is also not a best race. It sux a lot with lowest int and dex. With so many crit WS it's hardcore to make good dDEX build on Elvaan.You need to sacrifice much more STR usually than you have more from base and for something like :Hi with lowest AGI and DEX its even worse Mithra is the race that imo could be considered best and most universal now.

I use the start and end times to calculate # of expected attacks, subtract any potential time lost to out of range mobs (had the mob wander out of range for a couple of seconds apparently), and then compare expected number of hits to the actual value to obtain my DA %.

What are you using as your seconds -> delay count?

@Draylo Back at 75 Galka couldnt even cast a raise as PLD naked. Now 90PLD/WAr i have 196 MP. I am pretty sure Taru has like 300% of this.

I did a parse beforehand with no DA that suggested about 59.95 delay units per second.

Gah, found an error... left a note for myself in the log and didn't catch it til just now. Corrected values are 59.936934 delay/second and 9.216% DA. Using 58.8 delay/second gives 11.327% DA.

Joking aside, i would be a mithra is there was a male version (non-gay version), allthough the Dex difference cant be that high, cant be more than 8-13 right? My blu/nin has 73DEX and 70AGI and my highest stat is 88STR with 8 merits, so im guessing mithra dex cant be higher than 86.
I agree that galka mp is dumb, but it cant be that bad with 8 merits, my base mp on blu/nin naked is 688 (should be 568 )

Im not gonna merit MP just because SE is dump. 500 base mp wont change a shit compered to 380 anyway. Either way it's small as shit. I would rather be best at something rather than trying to fix my lowest value just to end up being lower even than naked elvaan w/o merits not even mention other races. Galka has 76 dex 73 agi and 86 str and.. lolmp. Thx God and someone from SE for Heavy Strike and Delta thrust. Btw is someone did a test for Delta thrust checking if there is any pdif boost going on here? I swear that from eyballing Delta thrust damage penalty from fighting high def mobs is definitely lower than most physical spells.

Taru to elvaan int should be the biggest gap. It was 13 at 75, don't know about now.

Have you done any testing on it at all yet?

It's not like Sidewinder wasn't still used with it's -60 accuracy, and for all we know all they did was take it from +30 (since it's single hit) to +0 or something.

The problem is I am 80% sure they not simply reduced normal accuracy but lowered the accuracy cap for it or added a % chance to miss even with capped accuracy.

The accuracy doesn't appear to be too heavily nerfed. However, Dark Orb still costs the same amount as before, so it's possible that they haven't even pushed the BLU update yet.
